Tutorials resources

In the Internet many great tutorials resources. This is a monopoly (tizag, v3schools).
But on specific software products have many small tutorial resources. These resources are created by those who themselves developing these software.
For example, I know and recommend resource http://phpforms.net/tutorial.html, which is specifically designed to help in the development of various web forms.

as a web developer i dont find having a whole system just for forms... Just not very useful in opinion, most sites are fine with a form or two...
